2 rounds (increase weight in weighted movements each round)

10 lateral lunge (5/side)

10 snatch pulls

10 muscle snatch

5 behind the neck strict press

10 overhead squat

5 snatch balance

5 power snatch

5 snatch

A: Snatch Lift-Off + Squat Snatch + OHS (6 x 3 + 2 + 1 @ 75-80% or +5-10lbs from last week)

B: Hang Power Snatch + Snatch Balance (4 x 3 @ 75-80% of 1RM Squat Snatch)

C1: Barbell Rollout (3 x 12)

C2: Wide Grip Strict Pull Up (3 x 8)

C3: Bulgarian Split Squat (3 x 8)
