With a partner complete the following 27 Minute AMRAP of:

40 Bar Over Burpees

30 Pull Ups

20 Thrusters #115/#75

10 Rope Climbs 15′

Partner 1 runs 400m while Partner 2 works on the AMRAP. Switch after every 400m run and continue where the other partner left off on the AMRAP.
