1 Length Inch Worm and Squat

1 Length Spider Crawl

1 Length Butt Kickers

1 Length Zombie Walks

1 Length Burpee Broad Jump

1 Length Walking Lunge

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

25 Minute AMRAP

With a partner accumulate as many rounds and reps as possible with one partner working through the AMRAP and one partner running.

25 Minute AMRAP of:

Partner A:

5 Pull Ups

10 Burpees

15 KB Swings #1.5/#1

Partner B:

400 m Run

Switch after each run. Pick up where the other partner left off.
