B) Muscle up transition drill on floor this time with one foot or speeding up the transition and holding in the “catch”

Big Clean Complex (5 x 1 )

High Hang Clean + Hang Clean + Clean + Push Press

High Hang Clean + Hang Clean + Clean + Push Jerk

High Hang Clean + Hang Clean + Clean + Split Jerk
Complete 1 complex every 5 minutes. Work up to a heavy complex.

You can only drop the weight after the overhead presses
