Saturday October 29th come cheer on your fellow YKV athletes as they take on CrossFit Reebok Liberty Village in the Halloween Competition! Please note that Foundations and Strongman classes are all cancelled on this day. Gymnastics will remain on the schedule at it’s usual time. Our apologies for any inconvenience.

Warm-up (No Measure)

Cardiovascular Warm Up

Dynamic Warm Up

20 Leg Swings Each Direction

20 Arm Circles Each Direction

1 Length Inch Worm Squat

Junk Yard Dog Warm Up

With a partner x10

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

30 Minutes of:

Partner #1

Run 400 m

Partner #2

AMRAP:

5 Bar Over Burpees

10 Front Squat #115/#75

15 Wall Balls #20/#14

Partner #1 Runs 400m while Partner #2 Completes as many reps of the AMRAP .

When Partner #1 gets back from the run Partner #2 takes over the AMRAP where partner #1 left off and Partner #2 runs.

Record Total AMRAP Rounds.
