With a partner complete the following 26 Minute AMRAP of:
Partner A
200m Run (run increases by 200m after both partners have ran the distance once)
Partner B
AMRAP:
5 Pull Ups
10 Burpees Over the Bar
15 Thrusters #95/#65
20 Sit Ups
When Partner A gets back from the run Partner B runs and Partner A continues the AMRAP where Partner B left off.

400m – North View Terrace
600m – 30 Hillsboro (Building Front Walk)
800m – Hockey Net
