A1: Strict Chin Up (5 x 8)

A2: Dips (5 x 8)

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

20 Minute AMRAP of:

400 m Run

3 Clean and Jerk 135#/95#

3 T2B

Clean and Jerk and T2B go up by 3 every round
