1. Down and “Finish”
2. Elbows High and Outside
3. Muscle Clean
4. Clean Lands at 2″, 4″, 6″
5. Clean Drops
2 Hang Power Clean + 2 Hang Squat Clean x 5
Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds)
Death by:
Push Press #95/#65 and Burpees
1 Minute Rest
Front Squat #95/#65 and Burpees
1 Minute Rest
Thrusters #95/#65 and Burpees
Complete 1 rep of each movement in each group in the first minute, 2 of each in the second minute……….
1 Minute Rest once you cant complete required reps in the minute
Continue the same for the next two groups
Record total completed rounds
