Junk Yard Dog Warm Up

With a partner x 10

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

“Batman and Robin”

With a partner complete the following 26 Minute AMRAP

Partner A rows a 500M Sprint

Partner B AMRAP’s Thrusters #95/#65 until A finishes

Switch and repeat. (score is reps of Thrusters) (Each person only rows once and does Thrusters once)

Complete the following exercises in the above format:

Row / V-Ups

Row / Bar Over Burpees

Row / Back Squats #115/#75 (from the ground)

If above is completed in less than 26 minutes, start over and continue until the 26 minute cap.
