*** while one teammate is performing C2B, the other two must hold the barbell at the top of the deadlift for the reps to count ***
30 partner deadlifts (225/155)
30 T2B
30 synchronized burpees
*** while one teammate performs T2B the other two must hold the barbell at the top of the deadlift for the reps to count ***
18 partner deadlifts (225/155)
18 HSPU
18 synchronized burpees
*** while one teammate performs HSPU the other two must hold the barbell at the top of the deadlift for the reps to count ***
