30 DB Snatch #50/#35 x 2

20 Pull Ups

10 Rope Climbs 15′

20 T2B

30 DB Overhead Lunge #50/#35 x 2

40 KB SDHP #2/#1.5

50 Medicine Ball Clean #20/#14

One partner starts from the top and one partner starts from the bottom.

Partners must alternate the rope climbs

After the rope climb partners work through the exercises until both partners are done.
