Odd – 6 HSPU’s

Even – 20 Air Squats

1 Minute Rest

6 Minute AMRAP of:

Odd – 12 Medicine Ball Cleans #20/#14

Even – 15 Sit Ups

1 Minute Rest

6 Minute AMRAP of:

Odd – 12 Wall Balls #20/#14

Even – 30 Du’s

Perform Burpees in the remaining time of each minute.
