20 Arm Circles Each Direction
1 Length Inch Worm Squat
Junk Yard Dog Warm Up
With a partner x10
Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
With a partner complete the following for 30 minutes with both partners working at the same time:
Partner 1 – 400 m Run
Partner 2 – AMRAP 5 pull ups, 10 push ups, 15 air squats
Switch after every 400 m run
Partners complete as many rounds of Cindy as possible continuing where their partner left off.
