Death by Thrusters #115/#75
With a running clock at the 0:00 minute mark do one thruster and then start rowing until the 1:00 minute mark. Do two thrusters and then row until the 2:00 minute mark and then do three thrusters, etc. until the 2000m row is complete.
15 Minute Time Cap
Add 1 rep to the time cap for every 100m Row not completed when 15 minutes are up.
Once you hit 5 Thruster hold 5 Thrusters for the remainder of the time
