(i.e. 75 x #135, 88 x #115, 106 x #95, 135 x #75, etc)
7 087lbs for Women
(i.e. 75 x #95, 83 x #85, 95 x #75, 109 x #65, 128 x #55, etc)
And then
400m Farmers Carry #2/#1.5 (one partner works at a time, 2 KB’s)
And Then AMRAP the following:
30 Synchronized DB Snatch #50/#35
15 Synchronized Burpees Over The Dumbbell
3 Alternating Rope Climbs 15’
