40 Thrusters #95/#65
30 Bar Over Burpees
20 Pull Ups
10 Rope Climbs 15′
20 Jumping Pull Ups (bar is 6″ above reach)
30 Tuck Jump Burpees
40 Front Squat #95/#65
50 Medicine Ball Clean #20/#14
600m Row
One partner starts from the top and one partner starts from the bottom. The partner first to the rope climb must wait until the other partner gets there.
Partners must then alternate the rope climbs.
After the rope climb partners work through the exercises in the direction they were going until both partners are done.
