30 Push Press #115/#75
20 Pull Ups
10 Rope Climbs 15′
20 T2B
30 Push Jerk #115/#75
40 KB SDHP #2/#1.5
50 Medicine Ball Cleans #20/#14
One partner starts at the top and one partner starts at the bottom.
Partners must share the rope climbs and work on them at the same time.
After the rope climbs partners continue working through the exercises until both partners are done.
