Cardiovascular Warm Up
Dynamic Warm Up
1 Length Walking Lunges
10 Burpees
1 Length Bear Crawl
15 Push Ups
1 Length Crab Walk
20 Sit Ups
Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)
“Batman and Robin”
With a partner complete the following 26 Minute AMRAP
Partner A runs one 400M Sprint
Partner B does AMRAP Thrusters 95/#65 until A gets back.
Switch and repeat. (score is reps of Thrusters) (Each person only runs once and does Thrusters once)
Complete the following exercises in the above format:
Run / Pull Ups
Run / Wall Balls #20/#14
Run / Back Squats #95/#65 (from the ground)
If above is completed in less than 26 minutes, start over and continue until 26 minute cap.
