20 Air Squats
Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)
With a partner complete the following 30 Minute AMRAP of:
100 Wall Ball Overs #20/#14
100 Leap Frog Burpees
100 Medicine Ball Sit Ups #20/#14
100 Get Up Stand Ups
100 Deadlifts #155/#105 (one partner must be hanging from the rig while the other partner deadlifts)
Both Partners Do 10 Jump Squats Every Time The Ball Touches The Ground Or You Release The Bar On The Ground
