C1) 75 Pull Ups
C2) 75 Lunge Steps x 2
D1) 75 SDHP 1.5#/1#
D2) 75 Box Jump’s 24”/20”
Partners must work at the same time. Switch when needed. A1 and 2 must be finished before going onto B……… If an exercise is done then alternate the remaining exercise of the group.
